At Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital, the health and safety of our clients, patients and employees are top of mind amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We want to share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively.

Steps We Are Taking:

Our team is monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we are taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance. 

We are communicating regularly with our team to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our customers.

Steps You Can Take: 

Virtual Veterinary Visits: 

To make sure our clients, staff, and patients stay as safe and healthy as possible, we are utilizing telemedicine for many appointments via the Airvet app. While not always suitable for urgent or emergency care it can still be utilized to give you guidance to determine if you have a true emergency or you can do guided care at home until Dr.Winning can see you in the hospital.

  • If you can't make it into the office, use Airvet for virtual exams to continue care that is provided by Dr.Winning, for you and your parents. 
  • Set up a virtual appointment with us on the Airvet app for your re-checks, Rx refills, and get fast reliable answers via video call and chat.

We are doing our very best to be available to you and your pets.Currently the hospital is open M-F 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm and we are available through Airvet at all other times. Dr. Winning is on demand (which means you can reach him right away) or if he is with another patient you have the option to receive a call back thru the app.

Curbside pickup:

Order refills or prescription products with just a phone call, pay over the phone and a staff member will bring your order to your vehicle. Just call us when you arrive.

Current hours for this service: M-F 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. 

Online Pharmacy Available:

Home Delivery of Meds & Pet Food Available

To ensure that our patients get the medications, prescription foods and other products they need right now, we want to remind you that we have a trusted online pharmacy partner who can deliver your pet’s supplies to your door. Live chat is available with our online pharmacy, and there’s also an AutoShip option that will send your pet’s regular meds and foods to you on schedule. Financial Assistance:

We offer Scratchpay payment plans! We know this time is challenging for everyone. Please call our office to see how Scratchpay can be of assistance for you.

Please note applying for Scratchpay should be accomplished after an exam or a discussion with Dr.Winning, in efforts to provide you with the best estimate to apply for your payment plan.
